There is only one place in this country where it is warm throughout the fall
and winter months and South Florida is the
place. No matter what happens in the real estate values over the next 10 years,
you are never going to see price in South Florida
where they are now. And let's not forget about those LOW
interest rates that allow you to afford a second mortgage. Sun, palm trees and cheap
homes ~ what more is need to warm a homebuyer's heart?
